GGPoker opened its $20 million guaranteed PLO Series on Sunday, November 1. The series runs until November 17. The report calls it the site's second all-Omaha series this year, after a first edition in August.
Two events with $1 million guarantees started on November 1. The $11 Flip & Go Millionaire is a hold'em event. The $25 Pot-Limit Omaha Ocean KO is a bounty format that GGPoker launched in October. Its Omaha version is getting its first run in the PLO Series.
According to GGPoker, a single knockout in Ocean KO can pay up to 400 times an opponent's bounty value. The bounty amount is random. The report says the total paid out can exceed the guarantee because of the jackpot bounties.
The PLO Series includes six events with $1 million guarantees, with buy-ins from $25 to $10,000. The report lists the $215 Mystery Bounty Main Event, which guarantees at least one $100,000 bounty from a single knockout, and three $10,000 GGMillion$ PLO High Rollers. The series also includes 212 daily PLO and PLO-5 tournaments, 20 Mystery Bounties, and five flighted events.
