Matt Berkey's Only Friends podcast is returning after ending in April 2025. The podcast account confirmed the news on X.
The first new episode is scheduled for Monday, November 9, at 11 a.m. PT. Berkey told PokerNews that the show will air Monday through Thursday, with four episodes planned each week.
The show ran for 719 episodes after launching in March 2022. Berkey hosted with a rotating cast that included Landon Tice, Conrad Simpson, Melissa Schubert and Brian Lamanna. The show won Best Podcast at the 2023 Global Poker Awards.
Berkey announced the show would end after losing the crew's Las Vegas studio space. He later said YouTube's crackdown on certain gambling-related content made the timing feel right. The final episode aired on April 25, 2025, as a four-hour farewell stream with guests including Nikki Limo, Jesse Sylvia, Jason Somerville, Ryan Depaulo and Mike Holtz.
The source says the show's WSOP coverage was a highlight, and it hopes those broadcasts return next summer.
Chad Holloway of the PokerNews Podcast said the show had meant a lot to his team
